Edgar Allan Poe

This week's readings include two short stories, "The Black Cat" and "The Masque of the Red Death," as well as Poe's most famous poem, "The Raven." We will analyze the Gothic elements found in each piece, and at the end of the week, students will produce modern interpretations of "The Raven." Stay tuned for more details.
